The 15CrMo alloy plate is a pearlite heat resistant steel with high thermal strength (δ B ≥440MPa), oxidation resistance and hydrogen corrosion resistance at high temperature. Due to the high content of Cr, C and other alloying elements in the steel, the hardening tendency of the steel is obvious and the weldability is poor.
12CrMo is a hot strength pearlite steel with good cold strain plasticity, machinability and weldability. It is used to manufacture the main pipe with the steam parameter up to 510℃, the tube wall temperature up to 540℃, etc., and can also make various elastic elements working under high temperature.
